How it works: four steps
From the moment the goods are sent to the first orders it usually takes 2-8 days.
The goods are in our warehouse
Every listed product must be in at least one of our warehouses. This is how we make sure orders ship on time. There is no minimum; we recommend at least 500 units, because stores start selling when they see real stock.
You list and choose
You upload photos and descriptions, set 3 prices by volume and choose the countries where it can be sold.
Stores sell
The online stores and dropshippers we work with add the product to their sites. We ship every order to the buyer.
One invoice by the 10th
By the 10th of the following month you issue one invoice to BigArena for all goods sold.
Your product in the marketplace catalog
The online stores and dropshippers we work with find your product in the catalog in their panel and add it to their sites. Stores start selling when they see real stock, so every product card shows the stock in each warehouse that holds it.

Who sells your goods
Online stores sell through dropshipping: they do not buy the goods in advance but pay at the end of the month only for what was sold. That is why they add new products more easily.
Dropshippers
They sell products from our warehouse in their own stores and run the advertising to their own buyers. They hold no stock.
Single-product pages
A store can be a single page with one product, aimed at specific buyers and markets.
Multi-product stores
A site with, for example, 10 products from one or several suppliers. Products that go out in one shipment must be in the same warehouse.

If the product allows it, you do not need to keep separate stock for each market. We have two separate label services.

You send the bottles without a label. With every order we print the colour label in the language of the country the parcel is going to.

A small black and white label with product details.
Details such as manufacturer and composition. It is applied at packing and scanning if a label has been uploaded for the destination country. It can also be applied already at goods receipt in the warehouse.

Storage and goods receipt are free until June 2027
You pay a sector commission only on the goods sold, from day one. Fulfilment of the stores' orders is not your cost.
After June 2027 there are fees for receipt and storage as well.
Frequently asked questions
How do I find a distributor in Europe for food supplements, cosmetics or other goods?
The usual routes are trade fairs, company directories and negotiations with individual distributors in each country. With BigArena you list your products once, and the online stores and dropshippers we work with add them to their sites. The goods are in our warehouse and we ship every order to the buyer. This way you sell wholesale online without looking for a distributor in every country.
Is the marketplace only for food supplements and cosmetics?
No. Any manufacturer, importer, distributor or wholesaler can list and deliver goods, with no category restriction: food and drinks, clothing and shoes, home and garden goods and others. For food supplements and cosmetics you also get batch and expiry date tracking.
How much does storage cost?
Until June 2027, storage and goods receipt are free. You pay a sector commission on the goods sold, from day one. Fulfilment of the stores' orders is not your cost. After June 2027 there are fees for receipt and storage as well.
How is the price for the stores set?
You set 3 prices by volume. The more a store sells, the lower the price it can get.
Can I choose which countries the product is sold in?
Yes. When you list the product, you choose the countries where the stores can sell it.
Is there a minimum quantity?
There is no minimum. We recommend at least 500 units (depending on the product), because stores start selling when they see real stock.
Does the stock have to be in a BigArena warehouse?
Yes. Every listed product must be in at least one of our warehouses. This is how we make sure every store order ships on time. Products that need to go out in one shipment must be in the same warehouse.
Who registers the food supplements in the countries where they are sold?
The selling store can also bear responsibility, but we strongly recommend that the supplier handles the registration. That way the product can be sold without delay.
When do I get paid for what sells?
By the 10th of the following month you issue one invoice to BigArena for all goods sold in the previous month. You do not invoice each store separately.
Can I sell the same goods to my own customers too?
Yes. The same goods in our warehouse keep working for you: we ship your wholesale orders to your own customers, samples and orders from your online store, while the marketplace stores sell the same product.
What labels can you apply?
We have two separate services. Print on Demand is a colour label of 153×68 mm, most often for bottles, printed when the order is placed, in the language of the destination country. Labels on Demand is a small black and white label with details such as manufacturer and composition, applied at packing or already at goods receipt in the warehouse (sizes 74×47, 38×25, 50×30 mm, A4 and A6, you upload a PDF). Print on Demand is available in Plovdiv and Slovakia, Labels on Demand in every warehouse.
Do I need my own warehouse or transport?
No. You deliver the goods to our warehouse. From there we take over storage, shipping with 40+ couriers and returns.
