You configure the API key

How are returns handled through WooCommerce?
The buyer requests a return → you use the standard "Refund" flow in WooCommerce → the plugin notifies BigArena → our warehouses inspect the returned goods (photos) and decide refund vs return-to-stock. You see everything in the BigArena platform.
Does it work with multi-site WordPress installations?
Yes. Each WooCommerce store in the network connects to its own BigArena platform account (or to a shared account for a multi-store setup). Handy for brands with separate BG/EU/US stores.
What if I use a custom WooCommerce checkout?
The plugin works through order lifecycle hooks, not through the checkout DOM. Whatever custom checkout you have (Astra, Divi, custom builder) - it does not affect the integration.
How do tracking numbers sync back into WooCommerce?
The plugin writes tracking numbers into the order meta and adds an entry to the order notes. If you use the "WooCommerce Shipment Tracking" plugin, the numbers show up there too. The automatic tracking email to the buyer is configurable.
How fast is pickup and delivery?
