SuperFaktúra fulfillment: you invoice, we pack

SuperFaktúra fulfillment for online shops that invoice in SuperFaktúra and are done packing parcels themselves. BigArena links SuperFaktúra to our warehouse through a ready integration: orders, stock and statuses stay aligned, and invoicing stays exactly where it is today. Setup takes about half an hour, there is nothing to install and nothing to pay for it. Orders received by 14:00 leave the same day. It all comes as part of our fulfillment services in Europe.

What is SuperFaktúra?

An online invoicing system from Slovakia used by freelancers, companies and online shops.

In short

SuperFaktúra is an online invoicing system run by SuperFaktura, s.r.o. in Bratislava, Slovakia. A Czech version, SuperFaktura.cz, is run from Brno.

More than invoices. It also covers quotes, orders and delivery notes, expense records and exports to accounting.

Someone still has to pack the goods. That is our part: storage, packing and handing the parcel to the courier.

The integration hands it over

The order passes automatically to the BigArena system and to the warehouse set for the customer's country.

The parcel leaves

We pick, pack and hand it to the courier the customer chose. Ordered by 14:00, it goes that day.

Statuses come back

Order status, stock level and COD payment status sync back.

SuperFaktúra fulfillment: what it adds to your invoicing

The invoices stay yours. This is what the warehouse takes on.

Sync you don't have to watch

Orders come to us automatically; stock, order statuses and COD status go back. Everything is also available via API and email notifications, including COD collected and paid out.

COD money on your schedule

Set how often you get paid in the panel: monthly, weekly or as often as daily, with Romania up to twice a week. Any currency, with the rate shown. We charge no COD collection fee; only the courier's fee applies, if any.

Returns under control

Every returned or unclaimed parcel is opened, its products scanned and sorted as OK, defective or missing. You decide the refund based on what you see in the panel. Done in 1-4 working days, usually 2.

Goods with a best-before date

Batches and expiry are tracked FEFO, all warehouses hold food certification, and picking accuracy is 100%.

Warehouse by country, not by chance

Each order goes to the warehouse you pick, usually set once per destination country. Most clients need one or two of our 8.

Running more than one shop? Link unlimited stores and even 5+ platforms to one account at no extra fee. Each store can have its own bank account for COD payouts, so you track its results separately.

How does SuperFaktúra fulfillment with BigArena work?

We link SuperFaktúra to our warehouse with a ready integration. Orders reach us automatically, stock and statuses sync, and we pick, pack and hand the goods to the courier.

Will BigArena issue invoices in my SuperFaktúra?

No. You issue the invoices. The integration keeps orders, stock and statuses aligned between SuperFaktúra and the warehouse.

What exactly syncs?

Orders flow to us; stock levels, order statuses and COD payment status flow back. The same data is available via API and in email notifications.

Do I pay you a COD collection fee?

No. Only the courier's fee applies, if there is one. We collect COD in 24 countries and pay out at the frequency you choose in the panel.

Do I have to keep stock in just one warehouse?

No. You decide where and in how many warehouses to store. Most clients use one or two.

How soon can I start?

We reply within 1-2 hours, the connection takes about half an hour, and shipping starts in 2-8 days.

Can you handle supplements or cosmetics?

Yes. All our warehouses hold food certification, and we track batches and expiry dates FEFO.
