Two-way sync

One warehouse or several

Each order goes to the warehouse you pick, usually set once per destination country. Many sellers start with one or two locations.

Cash on delivery, 24 countries

Money collected at the door is paid out on a rhythm you pick in the panel: monthly at the slowest, daily at the fastest, with Romania capped at twice a week. You can receive it in another currency, the rate is always visible, and we add no collection fee (a few couriers have their own).

Refused parcels handled properly

When an ad buyer refuses or never collects a parcel, it comes back to us. We unpack it, scan every unit and sort it into restock, defective or missing, and you choose how to refund. Expect 1-4 working days, typically 2.

Supplements and cosmetics welcome

Every BigArena warehouse is certified for food. Batch numbers and best-before dates are followed on FEFO, and orders are picked with 100% accuracy.

The buyer picks the courier

We work with 40+ couriers. Your customer chooses the one they prefer, and we hand the parcel over.

Selling several offers at once? Put each one in its own store: a company account has no limit on stores, and mixing 5+ platforms, say Landingi pages next to a Shopify shop, adds nothing to the bill. Link a separate bank account to each store and the COD money and the profit of every offer stay apart.

What shapes the price

How does Landingi fulfillment with BigArena work?

You sell on the page, we do the rest. Each Landingi order arrives in our system without manual work; we keep the stock, pack the order, give it to the courier and report the status back.

Do I have to change my landing pages?

No. You add no code and install nothing. We connect your account with a ready integration in about half an hour, free of charge.

A campaign doubled my orders overnight. What happens?

Orders placed by 14:00 are dispatched the same day. Tell us about launches in advance so enough stock is already on the shelf.

I want to test a new country. Where should the stock go?

That is your decision. We have 8 warehouses in 7 countries, and the integration sends each order to the warehouse you set, usually once per destination country. Many sellers use one or two.

How does cash on delivery work for my funnel?

Buyers in 24 countries can pay at the door. In the panel you decide how often the money comes to you, from monthly to daily (Romania: at most twice a week). Any payout currency is possible, the rate is shown, and there is no BigArena collection fee.

What happens to refused or unclaimed parcels?

They return to the warehouse. We open each one, scan the products and record them as fine, damaged or missing, so the panel shows you what came back and why. The refund decision is yours; processing takes 1-4 working days, most often 2.

Can I get order data outside the panel?

Yes. Everything we do, including COD collected and paid out, is available via API and as email notifications.

How fast can we start and what does it cost?

We reply within 1-2 hours and you can start in 2-8 days. The price comes from an individual quote, with no monthly order minimum.
