Returns opened and scanned

Each product is scanned and marked OK and back in stock, defective or missing. You see the reason and condition in the panel and decide the refund. 1-4 working days, usually 2.

Supplements and cosmetics welcome

All warehouses hold food certification. Batches and expiry dates are tracked FEFO, and picking accuracy is 100%.

How does Funnelish fulfillment with BigArena work?

Your products are stored in our European warehouses. Funnelish orders reach us automatically, we pick, pack and hand them to the courier, and the status is synced back.

I sell in several countries. Do I need stock in each one?

No. You decide where your goods are stored and in how many warehouses. Many clients use 1-2 and set once which warehouse serves each destination country.

Do I need a developer to connect Funnelish?

No. We connect it with a ready integration in about half an hour. Nothing is installed on your side and setup is free.

Can every country funnel have its own COD payouts?

Yes. Each store can have its own bank account for COD payouts, in any currency, with the exchange rate shown.

How often do I receive the cash on delivery money?

As often as you choose in the panel, from once a month up to daily. For Romania it is up to twice a week. We take no COD collection fee.

What happens when a buyer refuses a COD parcel?

It comes back to the warehouse, is opened and every product scanned: back to stock, defective or missing. You see the reason in the panel; processing takes 1-4 working days, usually 2.

Can you store supplements and cosmetics?

Yes. All our warehouses have food certification, and we track batches and expiry dates on the FEFO principle.

How quickly can I start and what does it cost?

Most clients start within 2-8 days. The price comes from an individual quote, there is no monthly minimum, and we reply to every request within 1-2 hours.
