Returns handling

Unclaimed and returned parcels are opened, and every product is scanned and marked OK (back to stock), defective or missing. You see the reason and condition in the panel and decide the refund. Returns are processed in 1-4 working days, usually 2.

Batches and expiry dates

We track batches and expiry dates (FEFO). All our warehouses have food certification, so supplements, cosmetics and food are fine. Picking accuracy is 100%.

API and email notifications

Everything we do, including COD collected and paid out, is available via API and email notifications.
