With MerchantPro fulfillment from BigArena, orders come into our system automatically, we pick, pack and hand them to the courier, and stock levels and statuses flow back to the shop. Built with selling abroad in mind. Its official site has versions for several countries and talks about cross-border selling.

The physical side stays with you. Storing stock, packing and handing parcels to couriers is not what the platform does. That is where we come in.

When a warehouse partner pays off

Orders from other countries are growing. Keep stock in one or more of our 8 warehouses in 7 countries and choose, per destination country, which one ships.

Foreign buyers want to pay on delivery. We collect cash on delivery in 24 countries and pay you out in the currency you need.

Packing is eating your day. Orders received by 14:00 leave the same day, with 100% picking accuracy.

We scan, pack and hand the parcel to the courier. Orders in by 14:00 ship the same day.

The status comes back

Order status, stock and COD payment status sync back to the shop. The data is also available via API.

The warehouse you choose

Each order ships from the warehouse you pick. You set the shipping warehouse once per country. Many clients use 1-2 warehouses.

COD in any currency

Cash on delivery in 24 countries, with no collection fee from us. You pick the payout frequency in the panel, from monthly up to daily; Romania up to twice a week. The exchange rate is shown transparently.

The buyer picks the courier

We work with 40+ couriers, and your end customer chooses how the parcel arrives.

Running several MerchantPro stores, or other platforms too? A company account takes an unlimited number of stores, on 5+ platforms at once, at no extra fee. Each store can receive its COD payouts into its own bank account, so you see the cash flow and profit of every store separately.

What does MerchantPro fulfillment with BigArena include?

We store the goods of your MerchantPro shop, receive orders automatically, pick, pack and hand them to the courier. Stock levels, order statuses and the COD payment status stay in sync with the shop.

Can buyers in another country get parcels from a different warehouse?

Yes. The integration sends each order to the warehouse you chose, usually set once per destination country. You decide where and in how many warehouses to keep stock.

How long until the first orders ship?

The integration is connected in about half an hour. Including receiving your goods, getting started usually takes 2-8 days.

Do I need to add anything to my MerchantPro store?

No. Nothing is installed in your shop. We use a ready integration and set it up ourselves, free of charge.

In which currency are COD payouts made?

In whatever currency you need. We collect cash on delivery in 24 countries and show the exchange rate used. We charge no collection fee; only the courier may have one.

How often are COD payouts made for Romania?

For orders delivered in Romania, up to twice a week. For other countries you choose the frequency in the panel, from once a month up to daily.

What happens to a parcel the buyer refuses?

It comes back to the warehouse, we open it, scan every product and mark it OK, defective or missing. You see the reason and condition in the panel and decide the refund. Processing takes 1-4 working days, usually 2.
