What is Lightfunnels fulfillment with BigArena?

We keep your products in our European warehouses and ship your Lightfunnels orders. Orders come in automatically, we pick and pack them, give them to the courier and send the status back.

I dropship today. Can I switch to my own stock?

Yes. You send your goods to the warehouse you pick, we register them, and from then on your Lightfunnels orders ship from there. Starting takes 2-8 days.

In which countries can buyers pay cash on delivery?

In 24 countries. You choose how often you get paid in the panel, from once a month to daily, and up to twice a week for Romania. We take no COD collection fee.

Can I get COD money in a different currency?

Yes. Payouts can go out in any currency, and the exchange rate used is shown openly.

Which warehouse ships my orders?

The one you choose. The integration sends every order to the warehouse you set, normally once per destination country, across our 8 warehouses in 7 countries.

How are refused parcels handled?

Every returned or unclaimed parcel is opened and each product scanned: back to stock, defective or missing. You read the reason and condition in the panel and decide the refund, typically within 2 working days (1-4).

Is there a minimum volume?

There is no monthly order minimum. Your price comes from an individual quote, and every request gets a reply within 1-2 hours.
