What is middleware.bg?

A Bulgarian system that merges orders from a merchant's online shops and reshapes their checkout for easier delivery.

Middleware in a few words

Middleware is developed in Bulgaria by a company based in Sofia. It gathers the orders from all of a merchant's online shops into one shared flow.

Checkout with courier offices. It adds a drop-down list of courier offices to the order page and removes fields the buyer does not need. It works with shops on Shopify and WooCommerce, as well as ConvertBuilder and Simvoly.

Orders arrive automatically. Stock levels, order statuses and COD payment status are synced, and all of it is available via API as well.

Payouts on your schedule

Set how often you get paid in the panel: from once a month up to daily, and for Romania up to twice a week. Every collection and payout triggers an email.

Checked returns

We scan every returned product and mark it good, defective or missing. You see the reason in the panel and the refund decision is yours. 1-4 working days, usually 2.

Careful storage

Food certification in all warehouses, batches and expiry dates tracked on FEFO, 100% picking accuracy.

Middleware gives you one view of the orders, while with us every shop stays separate: its own bank account for COD payouts, its own money and its own profit and loss. One account holds an unlimited number of shops and 5 or more platforms at once, and adding a new shop costs nothing extra.

What is middleware.bg fulfillment?

The orders you collect in middleware.bg arrive automatically in the BigArena warehouse. We pack them and hand them to the courier, and the statuses go back.

Can I connect all my shops at once?

Yes. One account with us can hold an unlimited number of shops and 5 or more platforms at the same time, with no extra fee.

Will my checkout change?

No. Your checkout stays as it is now. We take over storage, packing and the handover to the courier.

Do I pay for the connection?

No. We link your orders to the warehouse with a ready integration in about half an hour, with nothing to install and no fee.

How do I know how much COD has been collected?

You get an email for COD collected and paid out, and the data is available via API. The payment status is also synced with the orders.

Can different shops keep stock in different warehouses?

Yes. You choose which warehouses hold your stock and set a warehouse per destination country, usually once.

Is there a minimum number of orders?

No monthly minimum. The price comes from an individual quote.
