Returns, scanned one by one

Unclaimed or returned parcels get opened and each product scanned as OK (restocked), defective or missing. Reason and condition appear in the panel, the refund call is yours, and it takes 1-4 working days, typically 2.

Shelf life tracked

FEFO batch and expiry tracking across food-certified warehouses.

Plenty of Ananas sellers also have a web store of their own. One company account handles them all: any number of stores, 5+ platforms side by side, no extra fee. Assign a separate bank account to each store for cash on delivery payouts and read COD flow and P&L channel by channel. Cash on delivery runs in 24 countries; in the panel you set payouts anywhere from monthly up to daily (Romania up to twice a week), in your preferred currency, with the exchange rate shown openly. We charge no COD collection fee, only the courier's own charge applies, where there is one.

Which tasks does Ananas fulfillment with BigArena include?

Storing your stock, receiving orders from your Ananas seller account automatically, picking, packing and the handover to the courier. Whatever arrives by 14:00 is dispatched that day.

Is there anything to set up on my side?

No installation at all. We link the account using a ready integration in about 30 minutes, and if we handle the setup it costs nothing.

Will the stock shown on Ananas reflect the warehouse?

It will. Inventory and order statuses sync with every integration we run, orders flow in by themselves, and you can pull the same data via API or receive it by email notification.

Can one stock pool feed my web store as well?

Yes. Connect as many stores as you like under one company account, on 5+ platforms simultaneously and without an extra fee, all served from shared stock.

Is it possible to hold goods in several countries?

It is. You pick where and in how many of our warehouses your products are kept, and every order is routed to the warehouse set for its destination country.

How are customer returns handled?

We open each returned or unclaimed parcel and scan every product. Good items are restocked; others are flagged defective or missing. You see why and in what state it came back, and you decide on any refund, within 1-4 working days, typically 2.

How is cash on delivery from my other channels paid out?

Where your channels take cash on delivery, we collect it in 24 countries. Payout frequency is your setting in the panel, monthly at the least and daily at the most, with Romania up to twice a week. Any currency, the rate displayed openly, no collection fee from us.

What is the timeline and the cost?

Expect our reply within 1-2 hours and a start within 2-8 days. Pricing follows an individual quote based on weight, destination, items per order and handling, and there is no monthly minimum.
