We collect cash on delivery in 24 countries; you choose the payout frequency in the panel, from once a month up to daily (Romania up to twice a week), in the currency that suits you and with the rate shown transparently, with no collection fee from us.

How does ePlaneta fulfillment with BigArena work?

Orders from your ePlaneta account come to our warehouse automatically. We pick, pack and hand them to the courier, and stock levels and statuses go back on their own.

Who connects the account, and how long does it take?

Our team does, with a ready integration, in about half an hour. You install nothing, and the connection is free.

Can I keep goods in more than one country?

You can. We have 8 warehouses in 7 countries: 6 are running, Valencia is planned for December 2026 and Albania for early 2027. You pick where and in how many warehouses to keep stock, and each order goes to the warehouse you set for its destination country.

Do stock levels update automatically?

Yes, stock levels sync with every integration, together with orders, order statuses and the COD payment status.

What is the cut-off for an order to leave today?

14:00. Orders received by then are packed and handed to the courier the same day.

How do you deal with returns and unclaimed parcels?

We open every parcel and scan it product by product: items in good order go back to stock, the rest are marked defective or missing. The panel shows the reason and condition, and the refund decision stays with you. Processing takes 1-4 working days, usually 2.

Do I get data on everything you do?

Yes. Everything we do, including COD collected and paid out, is available via API and through email notifications.

What does it cost, and is there a minimum?

There is no monthly minimum. The price comes after an individual quote and depends on weight, destination, items per order and handling. We reply within 1-2 hours, and the start takes 2-8 days.
