We prepare the parcel for the courier your buyer selected. An order placed by 14:00 leaves that same day.

Statuses flow back

The order status, stock levels and COD payment status are synced, so nobody has to check them by hand.

Two-way sync

Orders come to us automatically. Stock levels, order statuses and the COD payment status are synced, and everything is available via API too.

Cash on delivery, no fee from us

Available in 24 countries. Payouts from once a month up to daily, your choice (Romania: up to twice a week), in the currency you need with the rate shown. A collection fee applies only if the courier charges one.

Returns you can read

We open every returned or unclaimed parcel and scan the products: good, defective or missing. The panel shows the reason and you decide the refund. Usually 2 working days, at most 4.

Batches and expiry dates

We track batches and expiry dates on FEFO. All warehouses hold food certification, so supplements and cosmetics are welcome. Picking accuracy is 100%.

A notice for every step

You get an email for everything we do, including COD collected and paid out.

Running several shops on Shopify and WooCommerce? One account with us holds an unlimited number of stores and 5 or more platforms at once, with no extra fee. Each store can have its own bank account for COD payouts, so its money and profit stay visible on their own.

Do I have to stop using Sendica?

What happens to unclaimed COD parcels?

They come back to the warehouse, where we open them and scan every product. Good items return to stock and you see the condition in the panel. It takes 1-4 working days, usually 2.

Can I keep stock in more than one warehouse?

Yes. We have 8 warehouses in 7 countries and you decide where and in how many to store. You usually set the warehouse once per destination country, and most clients use 1-2.

Is there a minimum number of orders?

No monthly minimum. The price comes from an individual quote.

How soon can I start?
