Why a separate warehouse for online orders

Online orders run at a different pace. Lots of small parcels, each with its own address and courier, every day. We pick and pack them, and orders placed by 14:00 leave the same day.

Your records stay in Zeron. Stock levels and statuses flow back to your system, so it shows the real picture.

How one order moves from your system to the buyer's door.

A buyer places the order and it is in your system.

It enters BigArena

The integration passes it to us automatically, to the warehouse you assigned to the destination country.

Packing and courier

We pick with 100% accuracy, pack and hand the parcel to the courier the buyer chose.

Data returns to Zeron

Stock levels, the order status and the COD payment status are synced back.

Your part in the setup: almost nothing

The connection takes about half an hour, and we handle the configuration.

You send the form, we contact you within 1-2 hours and go through your goods, volumes and countries.

You install nothing and leave your Zeron settings alone. We only need access for the integration.

What moves between the systems

Orders come in to us. Stock levels, order statuses and the COD payment status go back to Zeron. Everything is also available via API, with email notifications.

Warehouses you pick

You decide which warehouse, and how many, hold your stock. Usually the warehouse is set once for each destination country.

COD without our fee

You pay only the courier's fee, if any. Payouts as you choose in the panel, from once a month up to daily, up to twice a week for Romania, in the currency you need and with a transparent rate.

Every return checked

Each returned parcel is opened, and every product is scanned and marked OK, defective or missing. Processing takes 1-4 working days, usually 2.

Accuracy and shelf life

Picking accuracy is 100%, and batches and expiry dates are tracked by FEFO.

Besides Zeron, do you also run several online stores? We connect an unlimited number of stores to one company account, on 5+ platforms at once and at no extra fee. Each store can receive its COD payouts in its own bank account, so you see its P&L separately.

How does Zeron fulfillment with BigArena work?

We connect Zeron to our warehouse with a ready integration. Orders reach us automatically, we pick, pack and hand them to the courier, and stock levels, statuses and the COD payment status return to Zeron.

Will you post accounting documents in Zeron?

No. We do not issue invoices or post accounting documents in Zeron. The integration keeps orders, stock and statuses in sync, and the accounting stays with you.

We have our own warehouse. Can we move only online sales to you?

Yes. You decide which goods to keep with us and in which of our warehouses. Many clients use 1-2 warehouses.

Does our IT support need to change anything in Zeron?

No. Nothing is installed on your side. We connect the ready integration in about half an hour, free of charge.

How will shipments and returns show up in Zeron?

Stock levels are synced with Zeron. Returned products are scanned and marked OK, defective or missing, and OK items go back into stock.

Can we ship to customers in other countries?

Yes. We run 8 warehouses in 7 countries and offer cash on delivery in 24 countries. Each order goes to the warehouse you chose for its destination country.

In which currency do we receive COD payouts?

In whichever you need, with the rate shown transparently. Frequency runs from once a month up to daily (up to twice a week for Romania), with no collection fee from us.

How long until we can start?

Between 2 and 8 days. We answer enquiries within 1-2 hours, and the price follows an individual quote, with no minimum number of orders.
