We store your goods, and orders from your Trendyol seller account come to our warehouse automatically. We pick and pack them and hand them to the courier; orders that arrive by 14:00 leave the same day.

With a ready integration that our team connects in about half an hour. You install nothing and there is no setup fee; if we do the setup for you, it is free.

Where you decide. You choose where and in how many warehouses to keep goods, and the integration sends each order to the warehouse you set, usually once per destination country. Many clients use 1-2 warehouses.

Yes. Stock levels and order statuses sync with every integration, and orders come in automatically. All of it is also available via API and email notifications.

Yes. An unlimited number of stores under one company account, on 5+ platforms at once, at no extra fee. Each store can have its own bank account for cash on delivery payouts.

Yes, in 24 countries. How often the money reaches you is your choice in the panel: once a month at the rarest, daily at the most frequent, and up to twice a week for Romania. Any currency, with the rate shown transparently. We take no fee for collecting COD; only the courier's fee applies, if any.

Returned and unclaimed parcels are opened at the warehouse and each item is scanned. It is marked OK and goes back to stock, or it is marked defective or missing. In the panel you see why it came back and in what condition, and the refund decision is yours. Most returns take 2 working days; the range is 1-4.

Yes, they are common categories for us. Every warehouse is food certified, batches and expiry dates are tracked with FEFO, and orders are picked with 100% accuracy.

We reply to a request within 1-2 hours, and the start takes 2-8 days. The price comes after an individual quote and depends on weight, destination, items per order and handling; there is no minimum number of orders per month.
