Yes. Every vendor gets its own account in our panel, where you follow each order, its status and your stock in detail. Everything is also available via API and email notifications.

Is print on demand available?

Yes. We print a colour label for each order in the language of the destination country, in our warehouses in Bulgaria and Slovakia.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship across Europe from 8 warehouses in 7 countries: 6 are running, Valencia is planned for December 2026 and Albania for early 2027. The Slovakia warehouse also ships to the UK and Switzerland. You choose which warehouse each order goes to, usually once per destination country.

Can you store supplements and cosmetics?

Yes. All our warehouses have food certification, so supplements, cosmetics and food are fine. We track batches and expiry dates (FEFO), and our picking accuracy is 100%.

How are returns handled?

Returned parcels are opened and every product is scanned, then marked OK (back to stock), defective or missing. You see the reason and condition in your panel account. Returns are processed in 1-4 working days, usually 2.

How much does it cost and how fast can I start?

The price comes after an individual quote and depends on weight, destination, items per order and handling. There is no minimum number of orders per month. We reply to a request within 1-2 hours, and you can start in 2-8 days.
