Shoptet is a Czech SaaS platform for online stores. It is widely used by e-shops in Czechia, Slovakia and Hungary.

For BigArena, a Shoptet e-shop is one more sales channel: its orders reach our warehouse the same way as orders from Shopify, PrestaShop or any other connected platform.

What syncs

Returns with a scan of every product

Unclaimed and returned parcels are opened and every product is scanned, then marked OK (back to stock), defective or missing. You see the reason and condition in the panel and decide the refund. Processed in 1-4 working days, usually 2.

8 warehouses in 7 countries

6 warehouses are running, Valencia is planned for December 2026 and Albania for early 2027. The integration sends each order to the warehouse you choose, usually set once per destination country.

Cash on delivery in 24 countries

The COD payment status syncs back to Shoptet. You choose the payout frequency in the panel, from once a month up to daily (Romania up to twice a week), and the payout currency, with the rate shown. We charge no COD collection fee; only the courier's, if any.

Supplements, cosmetics and food

All our warehouses have food certification. We track batches and expiry dates (FEFO), and our picking accuracy is 100%.

Running more than one store? Connect an unlimited number of stores under one company account, on 5+ platforms at once, for example Shoptet and Shopify side by side. Each store can have its own bank account for COD payouts, so you see the COD flow and P&L per store. No fee for extra stores or platforms.
