Wix is a website builder from Israel with an online store built in, so the site and the shop live in one place.

Wix is a website builder developed in Israel. The online store (Wix eCommerce) is part of the same builder, so your pages, product catalogue and checkout sit together.

Used worldwide. Many Wix shops belong to small brands and creators: designers, makers, coaches, artists and young product brands that put their site together themselves.

The physical side is separate. The site takes the order, but someone still has to store the product, pack it and get it to the buyer. That is the work BigArena takes on.

What syncs with Wix

Orders come in from Wix. Stock levels, order statuses and the COD payment status go back. You can pull all of it through our API as well.

Stock where you want it

You choose the warehouse for each order, normally once per destination country. Store in one location or several; most of our clients keep stock in 1-2.

COD in 24 countries

Pick a payout rhythm in the panel, anywhere from monthly to daily (Romania: up to twice a week). Payouts come in the currency you need, with the rate shown openly. We take no collection fee; only some couriers charge one.

Returns, checked item by item

Every returned or unclaimed parcel is opened and each product scanned: OK goes back on the shelf, the rest is marked defective or missing. Reason and condition appear in your panel, and the refund is your call. 1-4 working days, usually 2.

Cosmetics, supplements, food

All our warehouses are food certified. We follow batches and expiry dates on the FEFO principle, and our picking accuracy is 100%.

Notifications and API

Each step we take, down to COD collected and paid out, reaches you as an email notification and is available via API.

Have a second brand or a separate shop for another market? One company account holds an unlimited number of stores, and you can mix 5+ platforms at once, say Wix for one brand and Shopify for another, with no extra fee. Give each store its own bank account for COD payouts and you see the money and the profit and loss of every store apart.

What is Wix fulfillment with BigArena?

Your Wix store hands its orders to our warehouse. The integration brings each order into our system automatically; we store, pick, pack and pass the parcel to the courier, and the status returns to Wix.

Will my Wix site change in any way?

No. You install nothing and change nothing on the site. We connect the store with a ready integration in about half an hour, and it is free.

I am a small brand. Is there a minimum?

There is no minimum number of orders per month. The price comes from an individual quote, based on weight, destination, items per order and handling.

Which data moves between Wix and BigArena?

Orders come into BigArena automatically. Stock levels, order statuses and the COD payment status are synced back, and all of it is also available via API.

Who decides which courier delivers?

Your buyer. We work with 40+ couriers, and the customer chooses the one they want.

Where will my stock be kept?

Where you decide. We have 8 warehouses in 7 countries. The integration sends each order to the warehouse you set, usually once per destination country, and most clients use 1-2.

When do orders leave the warehouse?

Orders placed by 14:00 are packed and handed to the courier the same day. Delivery time then depends on the courier and the destination.

Can my customers pay cash on delivery?

Yes, in 24 countries. You set the payout frequency in the panel, from once a month up to daily, and for Romania up to twice a week. Payouts come in any currency, with the rate shown transparently, and we charge no COD collection fee.

What happens when a parcel comes back?

We open it and scan each product, then mark it OK (back to stock), defective or missing. You see the reason and condition in the panel and decide the refund. It takes 1-4 working days, usually 2.

How soon can my brand start?

We answer a request within 1-2 hours, and you can start in 2-8 days.
