Long present on the Bulgarian market. A shop that has run for years usually has a settled catalogue, repeat customers and seasonal peaks.

The warehouse is a separate job. The site takes the order, but shelving, packing and handing parcels to couriers is different work. That part is ours.

What syncs with Seliton

Orders flow in on their own. The shop then reflects warehouse stock, each new order status and whether the COD payment has been collected. If you run your own systems, the same data is in our API.

Peak season without extra hires

No temporary packers around the holidays. Every order is picked with 100% accuracy, and for food, supplements and cosmetics we track batches and expiry dates with FEFO in food-certified warehouses.

Your cash on delivery money

Buyers pay at the door in 24 countries. In the panel you decide how often the money reaches you, from monthly to daily (Romania up to twice a week), and in which currency. We take no collection fee.

Returned parcels

We unpack, scan each item and sort it into one of three groups: back on the shelf, defective or missing. You see why it came back and its condition, then decide the refund. 1-4 working days, most often 2.

Reporting by email

You get a notice for everything we do with your orders, including COD collected and paid out. The same is available through the API.

Run a second shop, on Seliton or another platform? One company account holds an unlimited number of stores and 5+ platforms at once, with no extra fee. Each store can have its own bank account for COD payouts, so you see its cash flow and profit and loss on their own.

How we work out the quote

We look at how heavy the goods are, which countries they travel to, how many items an average order holds and whether extra handling is needed. Your individual quote is built on that.
