The questions online sellers ask us most often on first calls.
What is the difference between a ready integration and an API connection?
With a ready integration we connect your store to the BigArena system ourselves. You install nothing in the store and write no code. We connect it in about half an hour and look after the connection, so you need no developer. An API connection is for systems without a ready integration: your system sends the orders to us through our API.
My platform is not on the list. Can I work with BigArena?
Yes, through our API. Any custom system can send orders to the warehouse, and everything we do, including the order status and the COD collected and paid out, also comes back via API and email notifications. Tell us which system you use and we will tell you how to connect it.
How do I choose the right integration for my store?
If you already have a store on a platform, choose that one: we connect it as it is. If you sell through several channels, a tool such as Base can bring the orders from all of them into the warehouse. If you are not sure, write to us and we will reply within 1-2 hours.
Can I change the platform later?
Yes. If you move from one platform to another, for example from Shopify to WooCommerce, we connect the new store free of charge, just as we did the first one.
Do all integrations work with cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery works in 24 countries, and the end customer chooses the courier. The COD payment status is synced with every platform we integrate with. You choose how often we pay out in the panel, from once a month up to daily; in Romania payouts are up to twice a week. We charge no COD collection fee, only the courier's, if there is one.
Can I run several stores on different platforms at the same time?
Yes. One company can connect an unlimited number of stores, on 5+ platforms at once, at no extra fee. Each store can have its own bank account for COD payouts, so you see the COD flow and P&L per store.
What are the technical requirements for an integration?
Only access to the store admin, whether it runs on Shopify, CloudCart, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Magento or OpenCart. You install nothing, and you need neither your own server nor a developer.
Does the integration cost anything?
No. Online store integration is free: there is no setup fee, and extra stores and platforms come at no extra fee. You pay only for the fulfillment services you use, and the price comes after an individual quote, because it depends on weight, destination, items per order and handling. There is no minimum number of orders per month.
Can I connect several stores, for example Shopify and WooCommerce?
