A customer orders online and pays by card or cash on delivery.

Email notifications

Everything we do, including COD collected and paid out, also reaches you as email notifications.

COD without our fee

We collect in 24 countries and you pay only the courier's fee, if there is one. Payouts from once a month up to daily, as you set in the panel (up to twice a week for Romania), in any currency with a transparent rate.

Returns under control

Unclaimed and returned parcels are opened, and every product is scanned and marked OK, defective or missing. The panel shows the reason and condition, and you decide the refund.

Goods that need care

Batch and expiry (FEFO) tracking and food certification in every warehouse. Supplements, cosmetics and food are welcome.

Running several online stores? One company account takes an unlimited number of stores on 5+ platforms at once, at no extra fee. Give each store its own bank account for COD payouts and you will see its revenue and P&L separately.

What is Coriti fulfillment?

We connect Coriti to our warehouse with a ready integration. Orders reach us automatically, we store, pick, pack and hand them to the courier, and stock levels, statuses and the COD payment status return to Coriti.

Will BigArena take over invoicing in Coriti?

No. The integration keeps orders, stock and statuses in sync between Coriti and the warehouse. Invoices, payments and accounting stay in your system.

Do we need our own developer for this?

No. You install nothing. We connect the ready integration in about half an hour, with no setup fee.

We sell supplements with a short shelf life. How do you handle expiry?

We track batches and expiry dates and ship by FEFO, the nearest expiry first. Every warehouse holds food certification.

How do we find out what happened to returned products?

Each returned product is scanned and marked OK, defective or missing. OK items go back to stock, and that shows up in Coriti. Processing takes 1-4 working days, usually 2.

Can our customers choose between couriers?

Yes. We work with 40+ couriers and the buyer chooses who delivers the parcel.

How often will we get the cash on delivery money?

You choose in the panel, from once a month up to daily; up to twice a week for Romania. We charge no collection fee, and payouts come in the currency you need.

Is there a minimum number of orders?

No. The price follows an individual quote based on weight, destinations, items per order and handling. We reply within 1-2 hours and you can start in 2-8 days.
