40+ couriers across Europe - local networks, international giants, pickup points and lockers. The customer chooses how to receive the parcel - to their address, to an office or to a locker.
You don't rely on 1 or 2 couriers - our platform combines them all. For a BG customer - Speedy or Econt. For a RO customer - Fan Courier or Cargus. For every country we have several integrated couriers and the end customer picks who delivers the parcel, by which method (address / office / locker) and on which day suits them. See how couriers fit into the full fulfillment process.
Local networks in Bulgaria, Romania, Slovakia, Serbia and Greece. International operators for parcels to other EU countries. Pickup points and couriers for pickup from the warehouse - for customers in the big cities.

Working with one courier is a bad idea for 5 reasons. Here's what you get from our multi-carrier approach.
Every local courier handles COD in its own currency. The customer pays in BGN/EUR/RON at the moment of delivery. You receive the money as early as the second day after delivery, depending on the courier and the payout frequency you choose in the panel (in Romania up to twice a week).
Your end customer picks from several couriers you have enabled. Your business doesn't stop because one courier has a problem.
We've integrated lockers across Europe (Econt, Speedy, Packeta, DPD, GLS, InPost and others). A significant share of end customers prefer a locker - faster, cheaper, no waiting for a courier.
Customers in big cities often prefer a pickup point over home delivery (cheaper, more convenient). We work with BoxNow, InPost, Packeta, Speedy Boxes and Econt boxes.
Nova Poshta for Ukraine. YunExpress for Asian merchants. All under one account.
The customer sees tracking in a single format - they don't have to think about which courier. BigArena unifies statuses from every courier into one interface.
Answers to questions from new customers in a consultation.
The end customer picks from all the available couriers (address / office / locker) at the moment of ordering. BigArena never selects the courier for you and there are no weight or destination rules - the choice is always made by your customer from the couriers you have enabled in your shop.
Yes, if you already have a contract with a local courier that isn't on our list - we can integrate it into BigArena.
The courier collects the money from the customer, you receive the balance as early as the second day after delivery, depending on the courier and the payout frequency you choose in the panel (in Romania up to twice a week). For our customers we produce weekly reports of all COD amounts - you know exactly what each courier owes you. Full reporting through the BigArena panel.
Yes - all courier statuses arrive via webhook into BigArena. Your customers see a single tracking view (not 30 different formats). You can set up email notifications for the customer on every status change.
First, BigArena opens a case with the courier the moment the status changes to "missing". If it isn't found within 7-10 days (per the courier's policy), we file a claim for reimbursement - without you having to write anything.
Send us one month of your parcels - we benchmark them against our rates. Free analysis, no obligation.
