We started as online sellers

Before we shipped parcels for anyone else, we spent years shipping our own. We know what a wrong order, a late courier and a customer left waiting feel like. So we built the warehouse we had always wanted to work with ourselves.

Age 16
The first import
Daniel imports his first batch of goods. He is still underage, so his mother clears it through customs. He sells it through his first YouTube videos.
Age 18
The first Facebook ad
A budget of $3 to $5 a day brings the first 5 or 6 sales a day. That is when he knows this is what he wants to do.
2016-2019
Up to 1,000 orders a day
Online retail and wholesale across Eastern Europe. In about two years, orders grow from 5-10 to around 1,000 a day.
The tenth client
How the fulfillment business started
Larger clients start asking us to ship their goods straight to their own buyers. When the tenth client asks for it, it is clear this is a business of its own. The warehouse software is written by a developer who still works with us today.
2019
BigArena Fulfillment in Plovdiv
The first fulfillment center opens in Plovdiv, at Goliamokonarsko shose 29B.
2022
Serbia
The warehouse in Šimanovci, near Belgrade, opens.
2023
Slovakia and Sofia
The warehouses in Kostolné Kračany and Sofia start operating.
2024
Romania
The Oradea warehouse opens. The same year, we start offering our own WMS PRO software to other companies.
2026
Greece and Spain
The Katerini warehouse opened in August, and Valencia opens in December 2026.
2027
Albania
The partnership is signed, and the warehouse opens in early 2027.

Greece is a natural next step for us.

Four things we don't compromise on

Video during packing

For 96% of orders, packing is filmed and we keep the recording. If there is a dispute with a buyer, our client can see exactly what went into the box.

Three people on every order

Every order passes through three team members before the parcel is sealed.

The buyer chooses the courier

We are not tied to a single courier network. The store adds the couriers it wants, and the buyer picks one at checkout.

WMS

Our own software

WMS PRO tracks batches, stock and every order in real time. We build it in-house and keep improving it with ideas from our clients.

Every warehouse ships across Europe

Cash on delivery in 24 countries and more than 40 couriers. From our warehouse in Slovakia, parcels reach Slovakia, Czechia, Poland, Hungary and Slovenia in 1 working day.
