Prim.io fulfillment from BigArena connects your system to our warehouses: orders reach us automatically, while stock levels, order statuses and the COD payment status flow back into Prim.io. Where BigArena comes in

Prim.io knows what was ordered; we send it. Your goods sit on our shelves, and each order from Prim.io goes to the warehouse you picked.

No retyping. Orders that pass through Prim.io reach us on their own, and the answer travels back.

How an order travels from Prim.io to the courier

Orders placed by 14:00 are handed over the same day to the courier the buyer chose.

Stock levels, the order status and the COD payment status are synced back to Prim.io.

What syncs

In: orders, automatically. Back to Prim.io: stock levels, order statuses and the COD payment status. The same data is also available via API.

Warehouses you choose

Every order goes to the warehouse you set, usually once per destination country. Most clients keep stock in 1-2 warehouses.

Cash on delivery in 24 countries

No collection fee from us, only the courier's, if any. You pick the payout frequency in the panel, from once a month up to daily, and up to twice a week for Romania. Payouts in the currency you need, with the rate shown openly.

Returns with a clear verdict

Every returned or unclaimed parcel is opened and each product scanned: OK (back to stock), defective or missing. Processed in 1-4 working days, usually 2.

Batches and expiry dates

We track batches and expiry (FEFO), and every warehouse holds food certification. Supplements, cosmetics and food are welcome.

Selling under several brands? One company account holds an unlimited number of stores on 5+ platforms at once, at no extra fee. Each store can have its own bank account for COD payouts, so you see the cash flow and the P&L of each one separately.

How does Prim.io fulfillment with BigArena work?

We connect Prim.io to our system with a ready integration. Orders reach us automatically, we store, pick, pack and hand parcels to the courier, and stock levels, statuses and the COD payment status return to Prim.io.

Prim.io already covers logistics. Why add BigArena?

The system organises the process, but it does not hold stock or pack parcels. We are the physical warehouse: shelves, people, packing and 40+ couriers, while stock levels and statuses stay visible in Prim.io.

Do you issue invoices or documents in Prim.io?

No. The integration links Prim.io with the warehouse so that orders, stock and statuses stay in sync. Invoicing and accounting stay with you, as they are today.

How do we know how much stock is left?

Stock levels are synced with Prim.io, so shipped orders and products put back into stock after inspection show up there too. Picking accuracy is 100%.

When do orders leave the warehouse?

How do we receive the cash on delivery money?

We collect COD in 24 countries with no fee of our own. You choose the frequency in the panel, from once a month up to daily (up to twice a week for Romania). Every amount collected and paid out is visible via API and in email notifications.

Is there a minimum volume, and how fast can we start?

There is no minimum number of orders. The price follows an individual quote, we reply within 1-2 hours, and you can start in 2-8 days.
