What is Gomag, and why connect it to a warehouse?

Running the shop is easy. The hard part is still the box, the tape and the trip to the courier.

Gomag in brief

Gomag is an e-commerce platform developed in Romania for building and running an online store without coding.

Made by former shop owners. That is how the team introduces itself on the official site, and the platform mainly serves Romania and south-east Europe.

A warehouse is not part of the platform. Stock, packing and returns stay with the shop, or with a fulfillment partner.

Home or office space has run out. The goods stay with us, and you see the stock in your shop.

Connecting

We link your Gomag shop to the warehouse in about half an hour and check orders, stock and statuses.

Receiving your goods

Bring or send the stock, we put it on the shelf and start. It usually takes 2-8 days in total.

Orders come in automatically, and stock levels, order statuses and the COD payment status are synced. The same data is available via API.

Checked returns

Unclaimed parcels and returns are opened, every product is scanned and marked OK, defective or missing. You decide the refund in the panel.

Goods with an expiry date

We track batches and expiry dates (FEFO). All our warehouses hold food certification, which suits supplements and cosmetics.

COD with no fee from us

We collect cash on delivery in 24 countries. You pick the payout frequency in the panel, from monthly up to daily; Romania up to twice a week.

Have another shop, or sell on a second platform? You can connect any number of stores, on 5+ platforms at once, at no extra fee. Each store can have its own bank account for COD payouts, with cash flow and profit shown separately.

How does Gomag fulfillment with BigArena work?

Your goods are stored in our warehouse. Orders from your Gomag shop reach us automatically, we pick, pack and hand them to the courier, and stock, order status and COD payment status are synced.

I only have a few orders. Is it worth it?

We have no minimum number of orders per month. The price is set individually, based on your products and destinations.

Who chooses the courier?

The buyer chooses from the couriers we work with, 40+ in total.

Can I store supplements or cosmetics with you?

Yes. All warehouses hold food certification, we track batches and expiry dates (FEFO), and picking accuracy is 100%.

What do I see in the panel after a return?

You see the reason for the return and the condition of every product: OK and back in stock, defective or missing. Based on that, you decide the refund. Processing takes 1-4 working days, usually 2.

How often do I receive COD money?

For orders in Romania, up to twice a week. For other countries you choose the frequency in the panel, from once a month up to daily. We charge no collection fee.

Do I pay anything to connect Gomag?

No. We set up the integration ourselves in about half an hour, free of charge and with nothing for you to install.
