Orders from your Checkout Champ account reach our warehouse automatically. We store, pick, pack and hand them to the courier, and order status, stock and COD payment status are synced.

We run several brands in Checkout Champ. Is that a problem?

No. One company account holds unlimited stores, and each can have its own bank account for COD payouts, with the COD flow and profit and loss per store.

Which warehouse ships our orders?

The one you choose. The integration sends each order to the warehouse you set, usually once per destination country. We have 8 warehouses in 7 countries, and many clients use 1-2.

Will our support team see where an order is?

Yes. The order status goes back, and every step, including COD collected and paid out, is also available via API and email notifications.

Can you handle supplements and cosmetics?

Yes. All our warehouses have food certification, we track batches and expiry dates (FEFO), and our picking accuracy is 100%.

How does cash on delivery work for our stores?
