Cash on delivery in 24 countries

Pick the payout frequency in the panel, from once a month up to daily (Romania: up to twice a week). Any currency, with the rate shown openly, and no COD collection fee from us.

A warehouse per market

The integration sends each order to the warehouse you choose, usually set once per destination country.

Refused parcels, sorted out

Unclaimed and returned parcels are opened and every product scanned, then marked OK, defective or missing. You see the reason and condition in the panel and decide the refund. 1-4 working days, usually 2.

Supplements and cosmetics welcome

All our warehouses have food certification. We track batches and expiry dates (FEFO), and our picking accuracy is 100%.

Email notifications

Every step, including COD collected and paid out, also reaches you by email, so you are not chasing anyone for numbers.

Running several offers on separate sales pages or under different brands? One company account holds unlimited stores, and you can connect 5+ platforms at once at no extra fee. Each store can have its own bank account for COD payouts, so you see the COD flow and the profit and loss of every offer separately.

What is ConvertBuilder fulfillment?

Orders from your ConvertBuilder funnels come into the BigArena system automatically. We store your stock, pick and pack each order and hand it to the courier, and the status is synced back.

Can I test a new country before scaling?

Yes. There is no minimum number of orders per month, and you choose which warehouse serves each destination country. Many sellers start with stock in 1-2 warehouses.

Can buyers from my ads pay cash on delivery?

Yes, in 24 countries. You choose the payout frequency in the panel, from once a month up to daily; for Romania up to twice a week. We charge no COD collection fee, only the courier's, if any.

Do I have to install anything in ConvertBuilder?

No. We connect your account with a ready integration in about half an hour, and the setup is free.

How do I see which orders are shipped and paid?

Order statuses and the COD payment status are synced, and every step, including COD collected and paid out, is also available via API and email notifications.

Who chooses the courier?

The buyer. We work with 40+ couriers, and the end customer chooses the one they want.
