POHODA is a business and accounting system made by STORMWARE, a Czech company based in Jihlava.

Czech and Slovak markets. The vendor runs separate websites for Czechia and Slovakia.

Stock in POHODA is a record, not a shelf. The system tells you what you have. Storing, packing and shipping it is where BigArena comes in.

POHODA fulfillment: what syncs and what we take over

What syncs

Orders reach us automatically. Stock levels, order statuses and COD payment status come back. The same data is available through our API and email notifications.

Warehouse by country

Each order goes to the warehouse you choose, usually set once per destination country. Where and in how many warehouses you store is up to you; most clients use 1-2.

Cash on delivery in 24 countries

Pick the payout frequency in the panel, from monthly up to daily; Romania up to twice a week. Payouts in any currency with the rate shown transparently. No COD collection fee from us, only the courier's, if any.

Returns with a clear status

Returned and unclaimed parcels are opened and scanned item by item: back to stock, defective or missing. You see the reason and condition in the panel and decide the refund. Processed in 1-4 working days, usually 2.

Batches and expiry

We track batches and best-before dates (FEFO), and every one of our warehouses holds food certification.

Several brands or shops under one company? Your account holds unlimited stores and 5+ platforms at once at no extra fee. Each store can have its own bank account for COD payouts, so you see the COD flow and the P&L of every store separately.

We link POHODA to our warehouse with a ready integration. Orders reach us automatically, we pick, pack and hand them to the courier, and order statuses, stock and COD status sync back.

Do you issue invoices in my POHODA?

No. Invoicing and accounting stay with you and your accountant. The integration keeps orders, stock and statuses aligned between POHODA and our warehouse.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Nothing is installed on your side. We connect it in about half an hour, free of charge.

Which warehouse ships my orders?

The one you choose, usually set once per destination country. We run 8 warehouses in 7 countries.

Who picks the courier?

Your customer, from our 40+ couriers.

How and when are COD payments paid out?

We collect cash on delivery in 24 countries. You set the payout frequency in the panel, from monthly to daily, Romania up to twice a week, in the currency you need.

What happens to a returned parcel?

We open it, scan every product and mark it OK, defective or missing. You see the reason and condition in the panel and decide the refund. It takes 1-4 working days, usually 2.

How much does it cost, and is there a minimum?

The price follows an individual quote based on weight, destination, items per order and handling. There is no monthly order minimum.
