It links marketplaces and shops. The official site names marketplaces such as eMAG, Trendyol, Kaufland and Skroutz, plus shop platforms, courier tracking and invoicing.

The goods still need a home. When many channels sell from the same stock, one well-run shelf matters.

We collect cash on delivery in 24 countries, with no fee from us. Payouts in any currency, from monthly up to daily; Romania up to twice a week.

Everything we do on your orders, including COD amounts collected and paid out, reaches you via API and email notifications too. That way you see the cash flow and profit of each store separately.

How does easySales fulfillment with BigArena work?

Orders from the channels you connected in easySales reach the BigArena system automatically. We store the goods, pick and pack the parcels and hand them to the courier, while stock, statuses and COD payment status are synced.

Can I sell on several marketplaces from the same stock?

Yes. Your goods sit in one place with us, and stock syncs after every order, so all channels work with the same quantity.

Which data is synced?

Orders come in automatically. Stock levels, order statuses and the COD payment status are synced. All of it is also available via API, plus email notifications.

Do I need to install anything?

No. We use a ready integration and set it up ourselves in about half an hour, free of charge.

Can I keep stock in more than one country?

Yes. We have 8 warehouses in 7 countries. You choose where and in how many to store, and orders go to the warehouse set for each destination country. Many clients use 1-2 warehouses.

How often are COD payouts made?

For Romania, up to twice a week. For other countries you choose in the panel, from once a month up to daily. The exchange rate is shown transparently.

How long does a return take to process?

Between 1 and 4 working days, usually 2. Every product is scanned and marked OK, defective or missing, and you see the reason and condition in the panel.
