Where is the data hosted? GDPR? Backups?

What happens if my courier or storefront isn't on your integrations list?
We add it within ~2 weeks at no extra cost for any tier. Send us API documentation in the discovery call — by go-live it's already wired in. The 35+ couriers and 6 platforms already integrated cover most cases; "the long tail" is part of our standard onboarding.
Can I cancel? What's the contract structure?
Standard contract is month-to-month after a 90-day initial period (covers your setup investment on our side). Annual prepay gives you a 10% discount and additional support hours. No long lock-ins, no auto-renewal traps.
Does white-label mean my tenants never see "BigArena"?
Correct. The portal runs under your domain (e.g. app.yourcompany.com), uses your logo, brand colours and email templates. Tenant invoices, packing slips and tracking pages all carry your branding. BigArena is not visible to your customers anywhere.
How does it integrate with my existing accounting / ERP?
REST + GraphQL APIs out of the box, plus pre-built connectors for the most common ERPs (SAP B1, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo). We also expose webhooks for every meaningful event (order shipped, returned, claim opened, low stock) so your accounting picks them up automatically.
Do you train my team or do I have to figure it out?
We train you. Includes 4 hours of live sessions during onboarding (admin + warehouse staff separately), full video library, written runbooks for the 12 most common procedures, and a Slack channel with our ops team for the first 30 days. After that, support stays on email + scheduled calls.
