All warehouses on one system: stock in several warehouses, one panel

When an online store grows into new markets, its stock often ends up in more than one warehouse. That is where things usually get messy: one login per warehouse, stock lists that do not match, and COD money that has to be put together by hand. At BigArena all our warehouses run on one system, so you manage stock in several of them from one panel.

Why stores keep stock in more than one warehouse

Every one of our warehouses ships across Europe, so one warehouse is enough to start. Stores add a second one when they want their goods closer to a large market, for example:

• Romania: next-day delivery within the country from our warehouse in Oradea;
• Bulgaria: 1-day delivery within the country from Plovdiv and Sofia;
• Slovakia, Czechia, Poland, Hungary and Slovenia: 1 working day from our warehouse in Kostolné Kračany;
• Greece: 1-2 days within the country from Katerini, depending on the destination;
• Serbia: 1 day within the country from Šimanovci.

Today we run 6 warehouses: Plovdiv, Sofia, Kostolné Kračany, Oradea, Šimanovci and Katerini. Valencia opens in December 2026 and Albania in early 2027, which makes 8 warehouses in 7 countries.

One system: what you see in one panel

All our warehouses work in the same system. You do not get a separate account for each warehouse and you do not need to put reports together. In one panel you see:

• Stock per warehouse. How much of each product sits in each warehouse.
• Orders. Every order from every store, with its status.
• Cash on delivery. Collected and paid-out amounts and the exchange rate used, synced in real time.
• Returns. Every returned parcel, with the reason and the condition of each product.
• All your stores. Unlimited stores per company, on 5+ platforms at once.

The same data via API: everything we do comes back to your systems via API, including COD amounts collected and paid out and when. We also send email notifications.

Several stores on top of several warehouses

Stores that grow across markets often run more than one shop: Shopify for one country, WooCommerce for another, or a separate store per brand. With us one company can connect an unlimited number of stores, with no fee for the extra stores and free setup.

Each store can have its own bank account for COD payouts. That way you see the COD flow and the profit and loss for each store separately, while the stock stays in one system. The COD payment status of every order syncs back to the store, on every platform we integrate with.

COD money from several countries, in one place

When you sell in several countries, couriers collect COD in several currencies. We collect the local currencies from the couriers and pay you out in the currency you need, or in the same currency if you have an account in it. The exchange rate used is visible. You choose the payout frequency in the panel, from once a month up to daily.

Returns from every warehouse, processed the same way

Returned parcels are handled with the same process in every warehouse. Each parcel is opened on video and every product is scanned. Good items go back to stock, defective ones go to a separate area, and anything not scanned is recorded as missing. Returns are processed in 1 to 4 working days, usually 2. You see the reason and the condition in the panel.

Starting in a second warehouse

When you send stock to another of our warehouses, it appears in the same panel, next to the stock you already have with us. If you are new to BigArena, onboarding takes 2-8 days and there is no minimum number of orders.
