Multi-store fulfillment: several shops, one panel

Many e-commerce companies do not run one online shop. They run three, five or ten: one per country, one per brand, a marketplace store next to their own site. Each shop tends to bring its own login, its own stock list and its own cash on delivery (COD) report, and the work multiplies. With BigArena fulfillment one company connects all its shops to one stock and one panel.

Why one company runs several online shops

Selling across Europe rarely fits into a single store. The most common setups we see:

• One shop per country or language. A local domain, local prices and local currency for each market you sell to.
• One shop per brand. A skincare line and a supplement line with different audiences, each with its own site.
• A marketplace store plus your own shop. For example an eMAG or Trendyol store next to your Shopify site.
• Different platforms for different jobs. An older WooCommerce shop that still sells well and a new Shopify store for a new market.

None of this is a problem in itself. The trouble starts in the warehouse and in the accounts, when every shop has to be handled separately.

One stock for all your shops

With us the same products can be sold in several shops from one stock. When the same serum sells on your Romanian site and on your Hungarian site, it sits on one shelf and both shops see the same stock level. You do not need to split goods between shops or move them around when one shop sells faster.

You decide in which of our warehouses to keep your goods. The integration sends each order to the warehouse you chose, usually set once per destination country. Orders are not sent automatically to the warehouse nearest the buyer: the choice stays with you. All your platforms connected at once

A company can connect an unlimited number of shops, on 5+ platforms at the same time, for example Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento 2, BigCommerce or Wix. There is no fee for the extra shops and no setup fee. If our team sets up the integration for you, that is free too. A connection takes about half an hour and there is nothing to install in your shop.

For every integration we sync orders, stock levels, order statuses and the COD payment status. When a parcel is delivered and paid, the order in the right shop is updated.

Everything comes back via API. Orders, statuses, stock and COD amounts collected and paid out are available to your own systems via API, and we also send email notifications. The full list of platforms is on our integrations page.

Cash on delivery per shop, not one big pile

When several shops share one COD flow, it is hard to tell which shop actually makes money. With us each shop can have its own bank account for COD payouts. You see the COD flow and the profit and loss of every shop separately, while the goods stay in one stock.

We pay out in any currency you need, and the conversion is transparent: the exchange rate used is shown in the panel. You choose the payout frequency in the panel, from once a month up to daily. In Romania, payouts are up to twice a week. We do not charge a COD collection fee; only the courier's fee applies, if there is one. We collect cash on delivery in 24 countries.

Packing and returns for every shop

Orders from all your shops go into the same process. Orders received by 14:00 leave the same day, and we work with 40+ couriers. 96% of orders are recorded on video during packing, so if a customer complains, there is a recording to check.

Returns from every shop go through the same process too. We handle and process them in 1 to 4 working days, usually 2, and you follow each return in the panel.

How to start with several shops

Send us the list of your shops, the platforms they run on and roughly how many orders each one ships. We reply within 1-2 hours and prepare an individual offer; there is no minimum number of orders per month. Onboarding takes 2-8 days.
