Yes. We work with registered companies (EU VAT or local company ID) - online stores, D2C brands, multi-channel merchants. We do not accept personal dropshipping accounts without a company.

There is no required minimum. We work with brands from a few hundred orders per month up to more than 12,000 shipments per day during peak season. Prices scale proportionally with your actual volume - you pay only for what you actually use.

Yes. Cash on delivery (COD) is supported in 17 countries - Bulgaria, Romania, Greece, Hungary, Serbia, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Cyprus, Malta and Ireland. This includes handling cash, bank payments and IBAN capture from return forms.

A product return is processed quickly: incoming returns -> inspected -> flagged or put back into stock within ≤2 business days. Coded return reasons flow back to your dashboard for analysis. We can trigger automatic refunds via API to your store.

We typically launch within 1 week of contract signing. With direct integration to a standard platform (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.) we can go live in 3 days. More complex cases with an external ERP take up to 2 weeks. The stages are: first meeting -> contract -> integration -> goods intake -> test run -> full switch to us.

Yes. Our warehouses are EU food safety certified certified for food products, beverages and dietary supplements. We have climate-controlled 2-8 °C zones for temperature-sensitive products. For food products there is a separate licensed warehouse.

Yes. We deliver to 28 countries. 8 of them within 1 business day from our warehouses in Bulgaria (Plovdiv, Sofia), Slovakia, Romania, Serbia and Greece. Cash on delivery is supported in 17 countries in total.

Yes. BigArena (our WMS system) gives you real-time inventory levels, order status, batch tracking, video recording of every packed shipment and electronic waybills - all in one dashboard, accessible from computer and phone.

Capacity is planned 30-60 days in advance with you. Plans for Black Friday and the holiday season are discussed with the client, so we deliver every order on time. Our "same-day processing" standard is maintained during peak too - we add temporary shifts.

Yes. We work with all types of merchants - from startups to established businesses, regardless of volume. Many emerging brands ship their goods directly from the manufacturer to our warehouse, so they don't have to deal with intake, storage and packing themselves from the very first order. There is no minimum number of orders to start working with us.

You choose through our dashboard how often we pay out the cash-on-delivery amounts to you. The options are: 3 times a week, weekly, twice a month or once a month. Flexibility matters for your business cash flow - some brands prefer more frequent payouts to refinance stock, while others plan monthly.

Yes. Every order arrives with us with the courier the end customer chose at checkout on your site. Through our dashboard you can manually change the courier for any order - as long as it has not left the warehouse. The change takes a few seconds and there is no extra fee.

We file a claim with the courier on your behalf. If approved, we receive compensation, which is credited to your account and paid out to you. The amount depends on whether the shipment is insured: for an insured shipment the compensation covers the full value; for uninsured - according to the courier company's general terms. For fragile, valuable or high-value items we recommend automatic insurance on every shipment.

Yes. Subscription boxes are one of the models we frequently handle - they are fulfilled fully automatically the moment the monthly subscription hits. We also support bundle orders: through the dashboard you set which items form a bundle and under which SKU it appears on your site. There is no manual work from our side - it's all system-driven.

Yes. In your dashboard you have a dedicated inventory page where you see in real time: available items, those reserved for unshipped orders, expected new deliveries (if you have already placed an order with us) and analytics on movement over the past few weeks. When stock falls below a threshold you set in advance (for example 30, 20 or 10 days to depletion), the system sends you an automatic email notification - or directly to your manufacturer, if you have entered their email. For fashion and fast-moving goods we recommend syncing with your site, so it always shows accurate availability matching what is actually in our warehouse.
